lib-render

The library of spectral data Kinogaki Studio's renderers share. kinogaki-spectra is the spectral data and color science Studio's core and the Spectre engine share: the CIE's illuminant tables (D50, D55, D65, D75, A, F2, F7, F11, LED-B1 to B5), measured conductors' n and k (gold, silver, copper, aluminium, iron, chromium, titanium, nickel, platinum) with their exact Fresnel reflectance, and the ACEScg color a spectrum displays as, through lib-color's observer (Wyman et al.'s fit) and XYZ relative to E. Emission spectra are normalized to luminance 1. Core checks the SDK's public emission colors (render-api::standard) against it. The data are the publishers' files, unchanged, in crates/spectra/data (SOURCE.md; the CIE's are CC BY-SA 4.0, the conductors' CC0, see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md). It depends on lib-color's kinogaki-color alone and forbids unsafe code.
