What it is
Compares two sets of UI reference captures (tools/ui_captures.py compare BEFORE AFTER).
Every *.png in BEFORE is compared with the file of the same name in AFTER by pixel, not by file bytes: lib-ui's captures are 8-bit RGBA. A pixel changed when one of its channels moved by more than the Tolerance's channel, and a capture differs when more than its pixels changed; the default tolerance is none, so any differing pixel fails. A capture that differs reports how many pixels changed and the box around them, so a reviewer tells a few edge pixels from a real change. Captures decode in parallel, one file per item (kinogaki-parallel).
