What it is
A fresh id each time the crate naming it is compiled.
Cargo compiles a crate again exactly when something it is built from changed (its sources, a dependency, the compiler, the flags), and a procedural macro runs at every compile. So build_id! names one compile of the crate it is used in: kinogaki-shared names its build with it, every plugin records the build it was compiled against, and Studio refuses a plugin that records another.
